Yoga for Self Management

“Yoga for Self-Management” is a certificate course with a dual purpose. For one, it is designed to address the universal and common needs of day to day living. It is hence a basic course for health and management of oneself in the face of the stresses and strains of living. Secondly, it is an eligibility course for admission to “Yogashastri Teacher Level I”

Course Content:

  • Psycho-physical Yogic Asana
  • Pranayama
  • Mudra
  • Bandha
  • Shatkarma
  • Concentration, Contemplation, Introspection, Meditation and Diet for prevention, care and cure of psychosomatic diseases
  • Effective Communication in Teaching

Days and Timings: Monday to Saturday, one hour every day; Sunday: 9 am to 10 am.
Weekly Batches: 8 am to 9 am, 10 am to 11 am, 3 pm to 4 pm, 6 pm to 7 pm.
Course Starting On: The first Monday of every July, September, December and March.
