Yogacharya goes beyond the teaching of basic Asnas (postures). The advanced students are taught to practice certain difficult Asnas (postures), advanced breathing techniques, ‘Mudras’ and a few techniques to activize ‘Chakras’ of the body for energizing and spiritual benefits.
1. ’Astang Yoga’ of Maharshi Patanjali is the basis of this course.
2. Philosophy is one of the main features of this course. Besides Patanjali’s mind management techniques, the Bhagvat Gita’s theory of Karma Yoga, Gyan Yoga and Bhakti Yoga are briefly outlined for students.
3. Advanced techniques of psycho-somatic practices are taught to students to achieve body-mind harmony. The course also trains students to deliver public lectures in schools, colleges and corporate.
DURATION:- 1 Year (6 months after Yoga Shastri Certificate)
