The Course defines the nuances of Asnas (physical postures), their inherent quality of providing good health by exercising the body parts – limbs, spine, diaphragm muscle and various joints. The practices (postures) improve respiratory and circulatory practices. The Asnas are taught with harmonized breathing techniques. Correct postural techniques and their benefits are clearly spelled out.
The course also deals with psycho-physical aspect of our existence. A few techniques of concentration (Dharana) and meditation (Dhyan) are taught for achieving poise and quietude.
The course aims at overall personality development. The students are trained in public speaking, presentation of yoga lessons and patience in dealing with various needs of their own students.
The course thus trains the students to conduct yoga classes on their own by keenly analyzing the attitudes and limitations of their students.
DURATION:- 6 Months
Morning: 7 a.m. to 9 a.m., 8 a.m to 10 a.m., 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Evening: 4 p.m. 6 p.m.
